HSJ Regional Network meetings are a series of regional collaborative meetings with a common agenda encouraging continuity and progress. They bring together a multi-disciplinary group of key stakeholders from primary, community, secondary care, associated local authority, health, care and third sector organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients. We currently deliver regional network meetings in Dermatology, Diabetes Mellitus, GI and Liver, Mental Health and Rheumatology and MSK Disorders.
Delegates attend free half-day regional meetings in their therapy area in order to share best practice and hear from key speakers and regulators. The agendas are designed by experts from across Wilmington Healthcare and attendees include Heads of Commissioning, Lead Pharmacists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Chief Executives and Programme Directors.
These network meetings are funded through educational sponsorship and benefits include:
- Networking first-hand with senior commissioning and clinical roles, as well as specialists in their field
- Learning from speakers and presentations (updates from regulators such as NICE and NHS England)
- Contributing to ICS/STP grouped action-based discussions relevant to your business
- Hearing directly from the delegates about the challenges they face in a neutral environment
