Amy MacBrayne graduated from Royal Free & University College Medical School in 2008 and began Rheumatology Specialist training in 2012. She is a Clinical Research Fellow at the Centre for Experimental Medicine and Rheumatology, QMUL. Her research is focussed on the use of technology to support Rheumatoid Arthritis Care, working collaboratively with the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences on the "Pambayesian" project to deliver innovative decision support technology for patients with chronic diseases. She also has an interest in clinical education, having spent a year as a postgraduate education fellow at Imperial NHS trust in which, amongst other projects, she co-developed a clinical guidelines app targeted at junior doctors.
